Summary: Best inexpensive printer/copier/scanner/small office workhorse available. I'm a mortgage banker and have had the 8810 at my office for two years and now the 8910 at the home office. Scan to PDF with doc feeder is a snap. Get the high capacity 8000 page toner for $80...dirt cheap. Simply stated: This MFC is AWESOME!
Summary: This is my second 4 in 1 Brother printer. The first one is STILL going after 8 years, but I wanted wireless. These printers are nothing but ABSOLUTE WORK HORSES!!!. I am a paralegal and use the printer, scanner, and copying capabilities hundreds of time. I would be lost without this printer. LOVE IT!!!!!
Pros: workhorse printer high yield toner cartridge 4 capabilities built into one printer
Summary: This is a great printer and copier. With a third party software (VueScan) it is an extremely fast scanner, faster than any I have used before. Two other items which really makes this a great piece of office equipment is that it can scan and print legal sized documents (using the flat bed) and its drum and toner are the same as used in Brother's 5450 printers.
Summary: Like single pass dual scan feature, ability to scan legal size on scan table, ability to change toner part separate from the drum to save money, overall speed is great. Feel offers great value for the Money. Have printed about 4000 pages so far without any problems.
Summary: After considerable research, I decided to buy this Brother printer. It was easy to set up & very user-friendly. The best features are its ability to print from portable devices (IPad & Iphone) as well as the easy-to-use scanning features!
Summary: I've had this printer for several weeks and really glad I bought it. I replaced an older Brother MFP because I wanted to print wirelessly from my Apple devices. Excellent quality print, fax and scans. Easy set up. I printed off the owners manual which was more helpful than the setup guide. After removing all the packing material, I connected it to my HP laptop docking station by USB.
Summary: Bought this printer as an upgrade to my MFC 8480DN. Smaller footprint, faster print speed and double-sided scanning ability make this a worthwhile upgrade. The only minor caveat is it seems to be a tad noisier than the 8480 when scanning and printing, but it's not that big a difference. Additional features including FAX to email option and a smooth double sided printing saves paper. Getting this one at a sale price makes it even better value.
Summary: This is the third Brother MFC I have owned. The ONLY reason I have replaced them is because they did not work with my new computer software, a point which I am not too please with from Brother, On the other hand, the new wireless MFC rocks! It scans AND prints two sided at the same time! I'm in real estate and this is a major plus. Got the extra 8 1/2 x 14 tray also. Brother tech support is still the worst in the industry.
