Great lineup of printers, very affordable and dependable

Summary: These printers are amazing, the whole line up is great. I started out with the touchscreen version of this printer, and as other printers in my office died I started to replace them with the cheaper non touch screen versions.
Excerpt: One of the reasons this model was purchased because it was TWAIN compliant which certain software and vendors require to utilize the scan feature for fill in data. This model is good for an office with multiple users or home based office that needs more capacity.
Summary: Honestly, I love everything about this printer. It is being used in a fraternity house, and it is performing admirably. I will neither confirm nor deny that this printer was chosen over others because it's a Brother (ha...). PRINTING: Warm-up time is very, very low--only a few seconds.
Summary: Best inexpensive printer/copier/scanner/small office workhorse available. I'm a mortgage banker and have had the 8810 at my office for two years and now the 8910 at the home office. Scan to PDF with doc feeder is a snap. Get the high capacity 8000 page toner for $80...dirt cheap.
Summary: This is a great printer and copier. With a third party software (VueScan) it is an extremely fast scanner, faster than any I have used before.
