Summary: I have owned this product for a very long time. i even got the extra tray so that i can fill one tray with recycled "scratch" paper (printer paper that has been printed on one-side, but can still be printed on the other side for not-so-important printouts) and the other tray with completely blank...
Summary: Okay so nobody is going to go out and buy this in 2011 since the model has long been retired, but I just wanted to chime in and say what a great printer this has been. I've printed out nearly 80,000 prints and it works as good today as the day I bought it!
Summary: I am considering buying this machine. I know that for a personal machine it's probably too much, but having worked with this machine for the past six months, I absolutely love this machine. I have yet to network it, but I have done plenty of other configurations.
Summary: My previous Brother gave out after many years and tens of thousands of pages printed. It does what I ask it to do: it prints on command, faxes when I tell it to, copies what I want copied, and scans with efficiency. It is a good machine with a decent price.
Summary: We've had this MFC for a year and no problems, still works well. We like the scan to PDF, fast print speed, and duplexing from electronic files or copying. Curled paper sometimes jams up the delivery bay on many-page documents. Maybe our high humidity? Two years now, still no problems.
Summary: Last year, I bought this multifunction center for our office with six employees. It's set up as a printer, scanner, copier, and fax hooked up by USB cable to a desktop computer and configured as a shared printer.
Summary: This printer/scanner has been working very well for our small business. So far no complaints from any of the users. It is being used as the main printer and gets a workout. Nice scanning feature is to have the unit scan to a PDF file and then emailed to the users inbox.
Summary: I've had this printer for a little over two years. I use it daily for printing and scanning. (I only fax or copy with it occasionally - those functions work fine too by the way.) Scanner and printer almost never jam, and when they do, it has never been difficult to unjam.
