Good thing it was still under warranty so they sent ...

Summary: This thing was working well for about 10 months, then it started printing blurry images. Good thing it was still under warranty so they sent us a new one and replaced ours. Well, about 4 months later, the new one started doing the same thing.
Summary: DO NOT BUY. I purchased this item on Jan 8 2014. On April 1, 2014, I began having issues receiving faxes. The fax would come through but only print a half page. This is a vital part of my business daily.
Summary: I have a number of these printers, the MFC8710DW and the MFC8910DW. All of them have developed a failed fuser unit with a very low page count; some under 15,000 pages. I have also had the fuser fail multiple times after a new fuser has been installed.
Excerpt: We bought this printer last year and it worked great until last week: error message "Unable to Print - EC". I spoke with Brother and they said the guarantee expired and we will have to pay for the repair. BUYER BEWARE.
Summary: We only use Brother machines, but I had to return this one. Features Duplex copying, but that's only 1-sided to 2-sided output. The Copier DOES NOT do 2-sided to 1-sided copying, one of our main tasks for this machine.
Excerpt: I purchased this machine a little over a year ago. I read a lot of the reviews and thought I was getting a good machine. In less then a year the machine started grinding and crinkling my paper. I emailed Brother customer Service and no one contacted me.
Summary: I bought this printer for Google Cloud Print. If Brother had been honest about their issues, I would have bought another brand. After spending ages trying to get this feature to work, the customer service agent on live chat said "Your printer is properly connected to the wireless network.
Summary: It uses to much power when printing. I tried two in different places, home and at work. When it prints it send a power surge that is strong enough to knock out my router for a split second and make is need to restart. Same problem two different printers.
