  • Not receiving faxes after print job

    bought this machine in July 2009 and it worked fine till January 2010. Then it did not recieve faxes, dealt with Brother several times and was sent a refurbished machine which worked fro 3 days and then had the same problem. Had the telephone company check my line which was fine. After messing with the machine for a while I found out taht after a print job e.g. a ltter or report the machine will not receive faxes unless you unplug the USB line and replug it - then it works till after the next print job!!! Brotherh is NO help!!!
