Summary: This is our second Brother 4-in-1. It is for home use. The first one we had lasted 3 years and then needed a new printhead. We were told we had caused the problem by using generic ink cartridges. I don't know if that is true or not, but on this one we are using Brother ink cartridges only.
Summary: I got a defective unit; not sure who's at fault either way after going through warranty woes I did finally get a fully functional printer and it is exactly what I wanted. the touch screen saves time and effort.
Great value for small business just getting started!

Summary: We were looking for something with a great value for our new business that wouldn't break our budget but have the versatility to be able to print wirelessly from one part of the office to the other. This unit had all the features at the right price.
Summary: For an all-in-one printer, with a telephone AND answering machine to boot (now THAT'S dang-near all-in-one), for under $200 I have absolutely no complaints! I actually got mine for $99.00 at a local warehouse club, but that doesn't make this printer any less capable.
Summary: After some bad luck with a high end Epson, I decided to switch gears and try an under-dog. I also wanted to add wireless printing and not be too expensive. The fax feature on this machine was not a reason for purchasing, but I've used it once or twice.
Summary: I bought this fax/copier/scanner/printer to replace 2 HP printers and a flatbed scanner. My main reason for picking the Brother machice was the individual ink cartriges. What I like: network functionality, print quality, size. What I don't like: 1.
Summary: Good looking All in One unit. Hard to set up. I still cannot figure out the wireless part and gave up, pass the cable please. Print quality is good. Print speed is painfully slow! Scan is decent. Easy to use touch screen is a nice addition. Ink cost is decent.
