In the time of Need

S.Rivers, Staples
  • Excerpt: My son came home from school saying he needed to print his final report for school, and I knew that our printer at home and childrens computer was struck by lighting three days before, but I was not in a hurry to get a printer I figured I had some time. So with this notification from my son and knowing he had to edit his work, take time to type it he would not be able to print it at our local libray.

Great Entry Level Laser

Peter, Staples
  • Excerpt: Nothing to complain about so far. Sturdy construction, no issues with jamming, etc with several days of reasonably heavy use. Installation was a breeze (included CD's don't include up to date drivers, just download online), firmware was shipped out of date, but was easy enough to update once the unit was connected with USB (Minus one star for easy to fix issues). Other than that, great entry network capable four-in-one.

Great Printer For a Low Price

John T, Staples
  • Excerpt: I purchased this printer to replace my old Brother MFC-7340. I use it for my tax business and found it to be very reliable. The only drawback is that it does not have a manual feed tray. To feed anything manually, you have to do one sheet at a time. It does a good job of copying and it does a decent scan job.

Great Printer, But...

MrHeisenberg, Costco

  • Summary: This is a straightforward All-In One that does everything a home or even small office environment will ever ask of it but it appears to have a strange design flaw. Put simply, even a mild thunder storm seems to render network printing inoperable. I know it sounds weird but I've experienced the issue with 2 of these within a 5 month period. I have whole house surge protection as well as individual protectors on all of our computer equipment.
  • Pros: great price. easy setup decent performance for price
  • Cons: high vulnerability to thunderstorms

  • Excerpt: Good price for a laser printer. Only downside is it's not WIFI but to go WIFI cost $100 more. Have not had it long but it seems to work well.

Quite good for small biz.

Jeff Liebermann, Staples
4 August 2014
  • Excerpt: I've been buying or recommending the MFC-7360N (refurbished) for my customers for about two years. My guess is about 9 printers, all to small businesses. I originally selected this printer because it was the lowest priced laser AOI (all in one) device. In some cases, it was a temporary printer, to be used until something bigger or faster could be purchased. That never happend. So far, no failures, no oddities, and no surprises.

Brother MFC-7360N

James P. Riley, Staples

  • Excerpt: I am a very organized ,efficient and energetic person. I demand certain operating criteria of the machines that I use. The Brothers machine has more than fulfilled my expectations. It is economical to operate. Efficient in it's procedures an easily understood by a non technical person such as me.In my my mind ,I do not have to worry about not using the machine for a long period of time and returning to it only to find the ink has dried or is wasted due to non usage.
