Summary: Lovely machine. Fast, takes up little space, and is great for a home office. Problem? It does NOT work well with Mac OS X 10.8. CD that comes with the product simply does not install anything because the operating software is not supported. You can go online and download all the drivers, but what a pain. 3 hours later, I can print just fine, but cannot scan via network or USB. All I get is "check connection." The live chat is fast, friendly, but very un-helpful.
Pros: Fast printing, works well with Mac, does save on laser expense. Not expensive , works with google gprint. Fax, scans, copies as expected. Works with OSS mt lion. Brother is good with macs. Can configure via web page . Works like charm via google voice
Cons: Loud , startup is long , it enters deep sleep and won't wake up unless you power down. The display screen is not back lit. It is terrible to view in a dim or indirect light. Very plastic and creeks. Loose connection to the network
Summary: I recently bought a new computer with Windows 7 but my old printer did not support Windows 7 so I was forced to buy a new printer. I saw really good reviews in Consumer Reports and using on-line reviews of the Brothers MFC-7360N printer. I bought it and installed it assuming it was a simple plug and install. After 8 hours of trying and working with Brothers Technical Support I gave up and went to bed.
Summary: The machine works well in many ways, but requires opening the back cover and flipping a switch there in order to print envelopes. That rather defeats its benefits in a space-limited office. It also will not scan or receive faxes if the toner is less than 25% full. The print quality can be perfect but no scanning, no faxes. Obviously the primary purpose of the machine is to sell expensive toner cartridges.
Summary: Although monthly output is rated at 10,000 pages per month, the paper output tray is limited to 100 sheets per job. As a result there is no effective way to print larger documents without some method of breaking them up. In addition, all printed documents have curled edges.
Good entry-level AIO Laserjet... but I've had issues.

Summary: Out of the box, easy set-up and ran great. At about 500 pages, the machine's LCD began reminding me to buy a new cartridge. At page 547 (approx. 4 months), LCD read "Replace Toner" and all functions shut down except copying (which looks just like the first copy: great). Spent about 5 hours attempting to search troubleshooting and solutions, without any resolution. Now I get to call the manufacturer's tech support in Banglore! Hip, Hip, Horay!
Summary: PROS :the machine prints fast and is very quite cons.. if you are printing large stacks of paper.. the output (in the front) is not so big and if you don't take out every 10 or so papers.. they start spitting out the machine and get unsorted my machine will not take generic ink.. i have an older brother machine that does, but for this model 7360 i have bought several generic from different companies and none of them have worked. the manual feeder is a pain..
