Summary: I have used this printer since 2007 and have gotten exceptional use out of it. Never had a service call or had to fix it in some way. The only function I did not use was to scan. Other than that I used everything else. Would I recommend it? Yes I would in an heartbeat. I still use it but not as often now. I believe I've only changed the ink about three times and I used to use it a lot.
Summary: It prints fine. I do not use the Fax feature. It does not have a flat bed scanner but it will scan using rollers. The life of the printer cartridge can be extended by putting tape over holes on each side of it.

Summary: This is my third Brother NFC-7220 they last years and do what you expect them to. Never had any small break downs or maintenance issues. They just finally wore out after years of faithful service. Until I found this machine I went through about 1 less than every 2 years.
Summary: this all in one is a total workhorse! i have had mine for years and print 30-40pages a day on this thing. never a problem and super easy to use.. Buy your toner in generic cartridges and you will notice no difference in printing quality butyour cost will be cheaper than dirt..
Summary: This is the second Brother I have purchased. You can't beat it for the price. Using OEM toner cartridges, each copy is less than 1 cent each. It's been a reliable companion for years and have put thousands of pages through it without a problem. This one was purchased by a friend at my recommendation. Unless you need color all the time, this is an economic means of making copies. I've also used the copy & fax part of this printer. Always works flawlessly.
Summary: This has worked well for me. I bought it after using another Brother product for years. It was easy to connect to my Windows 7 computer and everything worked well on the first try. I've already used it for sending faxes, scanning documents, printing and copying. Although we use it mostly as a printer. The only negative thing I've noticed is that when doing large amounts of copying/printing the paper ends up with a slight curl.
Summary: Brother machines have always been good to me and this is no exception. Bought mostly for the scanner as my HP Officejet machine's document feeder didn't work well. I think the document feeder in this Brother works well because the paper doesn't have to make 180 degree turn in the machine. No crinkles, straight scans. Easy to use software too.
