Summary: Bought this used for my home office. It was easy to set up. Being used there was no owners manual but the manual is available online. Nice light use machine for my home office provides all of the necessary functions. Copy, scan, fax, and print. Ink cartridges are inexpensive, easy to change and are available bot locally and online. Overall good machine for the home office.
Summary: My old one shot craps and bought this one to replace it. It works like a charm have had no problems with it have used it about 40 to 45 times printing and have faxed a couple of times. Would buy another one when this one goes out. Recommend this to everyone to buy.
Summary: I bought the printer for my home office. It works great. When I recieved it, I was worried that the ink would be all dried up, but it was ready to go. I was given everything I was promised, he even thru in some paper for me. I am now a "E-Bay junkie".
Summary: No problem with the machine. I do have questions but Brother does not seem to know how to answer an email. I got some land line help but the tech seemed to know less about the machine than I did ( and no she did not solve the problem). Right now I am having to leave the fax unplugged from the telephone line until I guess "I" figure it out.
Summary: I bought a MFC 3360C about 11 months ago as a printer for a second computer. I have used this printer very little. Whenever I would print in black, it took a long time in a cleaning mode. A couple few weeks ago, I tried to print something in color for the first time. I got a message that the cyan cartridge was low and should be replaced. A week or so later, I tried to print in black,. I got the same message and it would not print.
