Not completely satisfied...

16mjj, Amazon
10 May 2015
  • Summary: Having a car without an aux cord can be annoying. So I tried this to play my iPhone music through my car speakers. The only complaint I have is some days none of the radio stations that you play your music through come in clear.

There has to be better ways to build it.

Harry, Amazon
14 March 2015
  • Summary: While this is mostly functional, there have to be better ways to build it. The device is relatively easy to use, and the inclusion of a USB charger is good, however the charger is very weak, and the thing breaks easily.

Not too bad if you make the light

Lakeviews, Amazon
29 January 2015
  • Summary: I have the other Griffin FM transmitter too. The one with the 20 pin or 40 pin, or whatever it is, plug, specific to iPhones before iPhone 6. This is about the same as far as quality, function and utility go. The sound quality is adequate, but not exceptional. But then again neither is your iPhone!

Works Okay If You Stay In Your Neighborhood

Patrick, Amazon
22 January 2015
  • Summary: Works okay depending on your location. Like many other people, I wanted to listen to music on my phone in my car that doesn't support an auxiliary connection. This plugs into your cigarette lighter and works by transmitting on an unused radio station.

Completely met my needs.

Harold JP McCann "Simon St Jude", Amazon
30 August 2013
  • Summary: Got it on time. I got this model because of the way it powers my Nano through the USB port on unit. Real easy install. Ten seconds to find weak station. I've noticed a lot of people complaining about static and poor quality sound of fm transmitter.

Great upgrade

Kindlator, Amazon
5 June 2013
  • Summary: Had an old version of this with the apple 30-pin connector and had to upgrade when my girlfriend got the iPhone 5. Works much better than the older one with much cleaner sound. And now I can switch it back and forth between my 4s and her 5 with the same unit.

You buy cheap, you get cheap

Brian, Amazon
17 May 2013
  • Summary: Because of the cheap build, it is far too susceptible to loss of signal. Sometimes it just randomly shuts off. Cord is extremely cheap and I suspect is the primary cause for these problems. Sound quality is just okay. Actually, I got the best quality and no loss of signal when I wasn't moving.

Very poor signal strength

Caitlin Moynihan, Amazon
30 April 2013
  • Summary: I was so disappointed with this product. It was a waste of money, I wish I had not purchased it. All I hear is static over the music, after going through every station possible.
