Summary: Having a car without an aux cord can be annoying. So I tried this to play my iPhone music through my car speakers. The only complaint I have is some days none of the radio stations that you play your music through come in clear.
Summary: While this is mostly functional, there have to be better ways to build it. The device is relatively easy to use, and the inclusion of a USB charger is good, however the charger is very weak, and the thing breaks easily.
Summary: I love this device works well I use it in my company service van. Use it several times daily. Works well at getting clear station and sound qulity is good for what it is. My only complaint I have had two of these now and trying to decide if I should get a thrid one.
Summary: I have the other Griffin FM transmitter too. The one with the 20 pin or 40 pin, or whatever it is, plug, specific to iPhones before iPhone 6. This is about the same as far as quality, function and utility go. The sound quality is adequate, but not exceptional. But then again neither is your iPhone!
Summary: Works okay depending on your location. Like many other people, I wanted to listen to music on my phone in my car that doesn't support an auxiliary connection. This plugs into your cigarette lighter and works by transmitting on an unused radio station.
Summary: i bought one of these transmitters for my wife's jeep nearly three years ago. first thing i did was set it to international mode (check out the top reviews for how to do this) to expand the frequency range.
Summary: Got it on time. I got this model because of the way it powers my Nano through the USB port on unit. Real easy install. Ten seconds to find weak station. I've noticed a lot of people complaining about static and poor quality sound of fm transmitter.
Summary: Had an old version of this with the apple 30-pin connector and had to upgrade when my girlfriend got the iPhone 5. Works much better than the older one with much cleaner sound. And now I can switch it back and forth between my 4s and her 5 with the same unit.
Summary: Because of the cheap build, it is far too susceptible to loss of signal. Sometimes it just randomly shuts off. Cord is extremely cheap and I suspect is the primary cause for these problems. Sound quality is just okay. Actually, I got the best quality and no loss of signal when I wasn't moving.
