Summary: I like it. The plastic part is thick enough to protect the display, and it converts to the "kickstand" display with little effort. I also like the heavy duty clip. I hang it from my belt loop, car mirror, etc.
Summary: I received this item as a gift. It doesn't hold the ipod well while in the kickstand mode. The bottom strap must be removed to access the lower port. To set it up in kick stand mode, you need to remove the ipod at least half way. Your movie will kill the battery before the movie will end, and there is no way to charge while watching with this case in kickstand mode.
Summary: Good multi-purpose case for your 80G iPod. It's attractive, protective and has it's own "stand." I find these cases much better than the plastic skins; I find them more attractive and it's much easier to get the device in.
Summary: When I saw this I thought it was a great idea. However, the plastic that goes over the screen is scratched and blemished making the ipod picture less clear. The plastic that covers the wheel doesn't fit very snuggly making it difficult to navigate. Also on the bottom of the case the strap that keeps the ipod in place covers the usb connector plug so you have to either undo the strap or remove the ipod from the case when chargering or uploading songs.
GREAT (If you happen to have an iTrip - if not, still good.)

Summary: I had a Marware sports sleeve that was really annoying when trying to do anything except jogging with the iPod. As a result, I didn't use it, and my iPod got quite scratched up. I bought some clear overlays and the kickstand case to avoid any further scratches, and I love this case. The kickstand feature works well for videos, though I honestly don't watch many on the iPod.
Meh. Still waiting for someone to make a decent case.

Summary: I bought this case for my 30GB iPod video, and it seemed like a pretty good case...which is exactly what it is, a pretty good case. Not the best, not the worst, it does protect my iPod where it needs it (the screen, the clickwheel), but there are some MAJOR faults with this case overall. 1. My biggest complaint - why in the HECK would you put a METAL CLIP at the bottom of the case?
Summary: Got this for my husband for his birthday and it is really nice. I spent way too much time looking at all of the cases for IPODS and this one was in the top 3. Decided on this one because I could get it through IPromise (for kids college fund). It was received in a timely manner and my husband likes it a lot - it has a classy look to it, keeps his IPod safe, and functions just the way it should.
Summary: It's a little odd in construction with the wrap around strap but it does a nice job of protecting the unit. It also flips up into a nice stand for screen watching. If you have a 5G video iPod this item works very well.
Summary: I bought this case for my 30 gig video. You could call the case snug, which is a good thing in my opinion. The plastic over the click wheel tended to bubble up a little, so I cut it out after a few days. After some slight modifications, the case works alright. My only real complaint is the buckle for the caribiner strap. It put a nice scratch right down the front of the screen, right in the middle.
Summary: this product is bad, first it scratches the ipod when you try to get it in the case, you have to push down hard to get the click wheel to work, but most of all it scratches it a lot, its easy for things to get under the screen too.
