Walter S., Newegg
3 May 2015
  • Summary: With over 4 years of use, this was a solid value.
  • Pros: Using with AM2+ triple core processor with windows 8.1, just waiting for windows 10 to be released. This is a great small system

Good Board

Lawrence P., Newegg
16 April 2012
  • Summary: Put into a Antec 300 case (not an illusion 300) Added 2 120mm fans in the front , Noted the 300 illusion case did not support Mini ITX per documentation, Running 125w AM2+ on board, Update board drivers for Coprocessor, Cooling is key ....
  • Pros: Great little board, I am a full ATX Kinda Guy myself. But had a Biostar TA790 series board fail (Onboard video chip problem, Sending a bunch of junk out on the bus , Causing read write errors to the HD, Whatever ) Was my first Mini ITX build. Its so little.. That and Hate to throw a AM2+ and memo...
  • Cons: None, Good board over all ,

Worked without problems

EDUARDO M., Newegg
9 March 2012
  • Pros: Its small and no usb problems like people were saying, running win 7 64bit, 8gb good mobo and wireless adapter works better than my usb wireless adapter... great choice
  • Cons: the only thing i didnt like is that in order for you to make the wireless adapter work you gotta use a usb header which disables my usb port in front of the pc ... but it has four ports in front so only two get disabled to make wireless adpt work....

Since December 17, 2010 Still Going Strong

Anonymous, Newegg
28 December 2011
  • Summary: This system is a little over a year and I've always use it with Ubuntu. I'm not using the WIFI card but it's nice to know is there. Currently, I'm using it with Ubuntu 11.10 64bit. I've been fortunate and have not experience any of the USB issues others report.
  • Pros: Small, economical, wireless card included, HDMI capable, reliable, Gigabitlan and it runs well in Ubuntu. Zotac has been great when it comes to support. I've call them several times pre and post purchase and they have always answer quickly and they were curtious.
  • Cons: Non

User Review

Robert O., Newegg
24 February 2011
  • Summary: Add some QEDAC (quality engineered durable aluminum cooling) to the northbridge, temps will be 37c to 45c, update bios and keep on complaining but do your engineering first, HAVE A NICE DAY!!!
  • Pros: I have owned these Mobd's since 12/26/08, 8/17/09 and they have performed Excellent, I am operating one with wifi, logitech webcam, laser printer, wireless logitech keybd, & mouse, 9350e quadcore, 4gb corsair 1066 mem, win 7, 32 bit, hdmi performs flawlessly on 42 inch vizio. It does what the man...
  • Cons: northbridge will run hot in a ark tech case, bios must be updated for usb to operate properly, rebate is impossible.

Good Product

Anonymous, Newegg
22 February 2011
  • Summary: If you aren't a techie maybe you shouldn't be building computers. Or better yet build it and call me to fix it. HA HA!!
  • Pros: I've owned this mobo and built a HTPC. This does just what the manufacturer says it will do. Everybody makes some junk. Get over it. I've never had any trouble with the USB, I'm even running a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse in this system.
  • Cons: Can't think of any except people who write reviews of products that don't know anything.

Nice Board All Around

Stephen B., Newegg
26 October 2010
  • Summary: I did not purchase this from NewEgg as it was available locally and the cost was less then if I purchased it here but NewEgg is my #1 prefered vender. I installed this board in a VidaBox Cube Server Case with, AMD X2-250 OCZ 4 GB DDR2-1066 (PC8500) RAM, 1 TB Hitachi DeskStar, LG Blu-Ray and a Sans...
  • Pros: Excellent Board, feature rich for its platform does support AM3 Processors & Play Blu-Rays after you tweak the BIOS to increase the Video Memory. The DVI-HDMI adapter does work well and has good audio output. While it does come with a WIFI card I chose not to install it because I do not use WIFI ...
  • Cons: Absolutely NONE.

Works with Ubuntu Karmic 9.10

David C., Newegg
26 March 2010
  • Summary: Because the board has no on-board cooling, this needs a case with good ventilation. I built this with a Lian Li PC-Q07 case and it didn't work as well as I wanted it to. Read my review on the case for more details. The WiFi card sits right on top of the NB heatsink.
  • Pros: Plug and play Linux Allows you to use CPUs with a TDP greater than the 65W recommended spec Tiny ITX form factor!
  • Cons: Gets hot with improper ventilation, but this isn't really a con on the board itself. No HDMI out, so you need a separate cable for audio.

Rejean G., Newegg
7 January 2010
  • Summary: Will try to do a more in depth review, but so far so good, simple OC options, stable and rock solid build so far. ITX case and layout is perfect match
  • Pros: AMD Phenom II X4 940 running at 3.0GHz - with 8MB Cache - and a 125 watt TDP, loaded and installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit - no need to use the driver disk and load "old" drivers when Windows just "Plug & Play" all drivers, etc and installed via windows update & hardeare manager...
