Summary: The board I bought from Amazon failed after 1 year, refusing to boot. Zotac replaced it promptly under warranty but the replacement board was dead on arrival. A second replacement board lasted about 1 month before dying.
Summary: Just hope you don't have to deal with this company if you have a problem after 30 days. You stand warned.
Pros: It has many features for a small ITX board.
Cons: If this company is offering a rebate, don't figure on ever receiving it. It's been nearly two years and I'm STILL waiting. While I can stand the loss of the rebate, can ZOTAC stand the loss of all their customers? As other have stated, the Southbridge runs very hot. I installed it in a Silverston...
Summary: It would be really nice if I could just exchange the stupid thing, it seems like it's working for some people.
Pros: It seemed to be what I needed, I hooked it up, and gifted the computer to a friend, who was really impressed by how fast it was....
Cons: ...then he tried gaming, and the video card crashed over, and over. It crashes while he surfs the internet. It crashes if you look at it funny. He, being used to poorly built computers, didn't think much of this. If I had known it was happening within the 30 days (it was, oh it was), I would have...
Summary: I am very sorry I purchased this product.
Cons: Disastrous USB flaws. (1) If external USB storage is plugged in, the board hangs during POST. Zotac tech support told me this is normal! (2) If keyboard and mouse are plugged into the ports below the network port, then KB, mouse, and network are all undetected by the OS during boot, therefore ino...
Summary: Some one else said he had similar problems with a Zotac i.e. "made a scrunching sound when installing CPU". I have another Zotac with an Intel that is working fine. Have no idea if the CPU can be removed. And won't know until it's heading for the great beyond.
Pros: Small, had every thing I wanted
Cons: Some thing emits a rumble almost constantly especially with the browser open. Really neat hearing your scroll wheel progress up and down the page. After being amused with win7 and linux I decided to get my CPU back and RMA. I ruined my dual core Athlon trying to remove it (yes I had the lever all...
Summary: Horrible company, won't talk to me about it on email and never can get on phone with them just puts on hold. I deploy and wanted a small PC to work with and I don't make much so this was a bad choice. Should have never left my brand of choice Asus.
Pros: It has some nice options, size, and video. Other then that it doesn't seem to be a nice motherboard.
Cons: Dead with in two months. Just no response with new gear. Bought power supply tester and used components in different motherboard. Worst part is company won't respond back to me since its under warranty completely.
Summary: Don't even think about buying this board.
Pros: Supports dual channel memory
Cons: Failed within 2 months of purchase (screen went white). RMA took 2 weeks. Now two months later it's failing again. I can see the video winking at me. But its other failure mechanism is sudden total shutdown which has happened quite a few times in recent days. Also, no adaptive fan control. Furthe...
Summary: This is the worst Mother board I have ever bought. I purchased 24 of these boards and within the first year, 3 of them failed. Another board failed a year later. These board are buggy. The manufacture would not honor the warrantee.
