Summary: At first I thought it was my PSU, that's a common symptom of a bad capacitor. So I took the same type of PSU out of a working computer and hooked it up. Still same issue.
Pros: I've had to board for 11 months now and I can say that the BIOS is nice to work with. It's not the greatest, but it gets the job done. I was running an o.c. at 4.7GHz ...
Cons: It died 11 months in. I went to power on one day and it didn't post and just reboot itself, over and over again.

Summary: Just today I went to power on my PC and noticed it powering down and restarting endlessly until I manually shut it down.
Pros: Its nice uefi features are nice to work with, as well as the over clocking is a breeze.
Cons: Well, I only have one con: Infinite boot looping about 11 months into performing.

Summary: If you plan on running you video cards in pci express 3.0, then you're going to need the IVY bridge cpu. If not they will only run @ 2.0 with the sandy bridge.
Pros: Looks nice, and easy to setup install if you're running a CF/SLi setup.
