Summary: I used one board as the basis for a GPU mining rig as it supports more cards than most of its competitors. It ran faultlessly for months on end. Then I converted the rig into a desktop machine. I liked it so much that bought a second for another desktop machine and I am running that one with an i5. The second board was a refurbished item from MSI via amazon.
Summary: I've always used MSI boards in my builds and have never had a problem. This board however was the first. The performance is great and I like the new bios menu. The problem with this board is the onboard sound. Very crackly, volume always going up and down and balance back and forth. I've always used the onboard sound on past boards without issue. In this case I had to buy a PCI sound card which fixed the problem, but added an unnecessary $35 to the build.
Summary: I bought this MOBO because I use my PC as an entertainment center and the 4 pcie slots allowed me to install two dual tuner cards. This gives me the ability to record four shows at once. My only regret is upgrading to windows 8.1 as media center is glitch there. I used the onboard graphics which gave me a very simple system with plenty of capability for the things I do.
Summary: Outstanding motherboard. Have had trouble getting a new, working motherboard. went through 2 motherboards, a Gigabyte and an Asus Z77's. Both had the same problem, memory controllers were bad on both boards out of the box. Also had problems with Hot Swap feature on both boards. Not this board, everything worked right out of the box. Would reccomend this board. This is a Military Class III board. Using this board with a i53570K intel cpu.
Summary: First motherboard of my first build and was it successful. Instructions were easy to understand and pretty detailed for the most part. The BIOS had a nice look, easy to understand, and has Black and Red theme match my set up. However, there are a few blue LEDs near the CPU and the status indicator, caught me a little off guard as i was trying to have a completely red and black set up but i ended up having little bits a blue everywhere so it's not a big deal, but...
Summary: So I bought this from another seller cause Amazon didn't have this on Prime. All my other parts (below) are from Amazon. PROS: The spacing on this mobo is much nicer than my old one (biostar tz68k+). The old motherboard squeezed my graphics cards if I wanted to use my CPU cooling kit. This motherboard has much better spacing and isn't cramped. The capacitors are solid and the CONS: I had to reformat my computer.
Summary: This MoBo is what you want, even if you think you don't, you do. Of course, unless you're building a 4 grafic card, 128 GBs of RAM or some other nonsense. This MoBo will handle all your stuff no problem.
