Summary: I have an MSI motherboard that recently stopped working for no reason. It is still under manufacturer warrenty and the repair shop told me to call MSI to get a replacement. I called them...waited on hold forever. Finally got someone on the phone, and gave him all the information (receipts, proof of purchase, yada yada). Then he gives me an RMA number and tells me they will email me instructions as to what to do. "What?" I say. "I want to handle this now on the phone.
