Summary: Board was advertised as New,but. Might have been a refurbished unit. Anti-static bag tape not on properly and bar code tag on board was partially scratched off. Used it to replace same model board I messed up while replacing CPU heat-sink. Works now and price about ½ what I paid for 1st board.
Summary: If you are looking at the BIOS or whatever advanced setting, the basic interface will bore you. But its still pretty straight forward. This mobo is tough, withstands heat too. Its strong so just go for it. But ofcourse, I always advice to get the later editions.
Summary: I would rate it 5, but its been one year and I had a few BIOS issues, hard drive problems as well. First I didnt notice I had a bad HD, the motherboard wont start, I started taking ram out, but didnt work. That happened 8 times..
Summary: This is the second one-had to RMA the first after one year of use. First one had many problems from the start-had to update bios blue screens, etc. This one has been no problem, working as it should and is a good motherboard. Has true 2.0 PCIE (@ x16 and x16).
Summary: I bought this motherboard in April 2011 and still works like the first day I don't have any CONS against the motherboard It has the OC Genius button that it allow you to OC the CPU up 4.2GHZ, so prevent to rookies or lazis to enter in the BIOS and edit the parameters In overall is a good motherboard...
Summary: After buying a new computer case i had to buy a new mother board and i choose this one after having bought other MSI products. after it got here found out my old CPU wouldn't fit so i used the manual that came with the product to find and match the CPU that the motherboard would support.
