Summary: After a few months mine stopped working. I issued an RMA for this unit and MSI and they charged me 50$ to replace it. A year later I started getting random crashes and eventually would hang on debug LED status 24. After laborious troubleshooting with all components and settings, this motherboard is burnt out again. I did more research on this product and there are known issues with power on this motherboard and it has been discontinued by most retailers.
Summary: this motherboard wont boot at all, only getting the "FF" display on the indicator, no signal on the monitor search many forums for help, still no luck, I bought this motherboard last year June 25, 2011, this is the first time I have install it 12/20/12, as I was waiting to get all the other part for the complete build.. I contacted MSI support they requested that I RMA, so I did on the 28th.
Summary: If you're a Windows user and primarily a gamer, this review will probably not affect you. If you're a Linux user and have a interest in virtualization, this may be an important read. I needed an AMD board and wanted to upgrade my MSI 870-G45 (bought used). I'm not a gamer, but a system administrator looking to build an IT sandbox machine and many forums indicated IOMMU support wasn't available from many of the system boards out there.
Summary: When I mentioned that MSI's APS (Active Phase Switching) does not function properly in their forum, I was threated by administrators to keep it quiet. They removed all the posts related to in which situations APS does not function which is when you try to undervolt the processor (or basically change anything in that section of the BIOS I believe) for further power savings!

Product received missing critical parts: Drive (SATA) cables USB Bracket Front pin-header adapters Crossfire adapter cable Most Manuals I wouldn't expect this from Amazon, but they did refund $20 for the trouble and to find replacements. Additionally, I had to engage MSI support and it was a very frustrating experience. They did respond promptly, but told me to seek motherboard help from MICROSOFT.
