Summary: Got this to build a new media pc for our living room. Right off the bat the pc was working worse than our old one that had been beaten with a hammer and knocked down stairs (by a crazy neighbor who then gave it to us as scrap but we got it working again). Puzzled because we spent a pretty penny to build a new machine, we tried for months to figure out what the problem(s) was. It seemed like every time we fixed one thing, something new would go wrong.
Summary: I bought this board a few weeks ago for yet another one of my many projects, which seemed to work out ok. All of my components fit on the board except the JFP1 jumper which is for the power switch, reset switch, and H.D.D LED. The jumper itself is not the standard size for regular front panel connectors which seemed an easy fix.
Summary: I am experienced at building computers for my own use. I purchased this Board since its feature set was exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I really wanted it to work. Reviews on Amazon were OK for this board. I put this in a high end Antec case with Antec PS, correct Crucial Memory, AMD Phenom CPU and high quality video card. New Sata HD. Powered up and got initial Splash screen but no Post.
