Summary: No defects, worked on the first try, new ram and an old I7 860 processor, and we were back in business. Unlike some older (1366-1156) motherboards I have tried, this one had no troubles with SLI at all.
Summary: Length:: 1:15 Mins This motherboard came a a box by itself. IT DOT COME WITH ANYTHING 1. NO CD 2. NO SATA CABLES 3. NO BLUE TOOTH ANTENNA. IT CAME WITH NO ACCESSORIES JUST A PLAIN BOARD!! I have bought boards before and they came in their manufacturer's box. This looks like if "fell off the back of a truck" How am I to install the board software I have uploaded a video to show how it came. I AM HIGHLY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED!!!
Summary: This is a great board for the 1156 CPU. I am still discovering all of the features of this board. A no brainer to stall. Extremely fast with the sold state hard drive I installed. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment.
Summary: I installed it earlier this week and everything was easy. Only problem was it not having a slot for IDE hard drive which was ok since I had SATA's. That and shipping other than that everything was good! Barely had trouble with cpu fan.
Amazing sound, low ping and overclocking abillities for the money.

Summary: This is an amazing product at any price. The Intel Gb LAN is amazingly fast and bests the solutions in my two high end systems when it comes to low ping and less lag while gaming. I easily overclocked my GSkill RAM to the 1600 Mhz it is supposed to run at and the Intel Core i3 530 I am using has easily been overclocked to almost 3.8 Ghz on the stock cooler.
Summary: Out of the night came a single loud bang as a bright bolt of lightning nearby struck the hill. The bang was so loud it echoed through the trees and woke me in the night. Soon afterwards the smell of burning plastic was in the air, and I searched the house to find a fried ethernet over powerline box dead behind my TV. The PC was off, unusually, and despite being on an APC UPS, it got hit through the ethernet side and no longer had any communications ability.
Summary: After a lot of pain, I determined that the Gigabyte board was bad that I originally bought for an Intel Lynnfield i5 750 quad core. The RAM in one of the memory slots was destroyed and the slot would not work with any good substitute RAM. The LGA 1156 CPU socket & Mobo needed for the i5 Core 750 was out of production. I opted to replace the Mobo which was the least expensive way to go with Deal-Stop Price on Amazon. No experience with them but by far the best price.
