Summary: Purchased this MB to replace a failed board in a Gateway DX4831-e. I originally upgraded the bios on my existing board using the file on Gateway's website. Followed all directions to the letter and it completed successfully however after rebooting I got a checksum error.

Summary: I like the board but Intel cut corners in an effort to reduce manufacturing cost. They didn't put heat sinks in the voltage regulator area. Now the voltage regulators run far too hot. This will cause all kinds of very bad problem for the rest of your components.
