Summary: I am a network engineer, with a Computer Science degree. Been doing this for over 15 years. One major fault for this motherboard is that even though it has a DVI and VGA, most of the 1156 CPUs will not support it and you'll have to buy a video card to get things working... Totally unnecessary.
Summary: So I ordered my motherboard on a Monday, and selected standard 3-5 day shipping. It took three 2 whole weeks to get to me. Then it got to me and was not compatible with windows 8. Ok that's fine. I went and bought a copy of windows 7. Ok that's alright. So I plugged in the board and it kept crashing and wouldn't run windows 7 either.
Summary: This is a great motherboard no problems. Installed Windows 7 pro no problem. I have had problems with other Motherboard manufacturers. I havent had a problem with Intel. I own lots of Intel products.
Turned out okay but make a bootable CD and update the BIOS first!

Summary: The board is working fine now but was a real challenge to get set up. I just happened to have 12Gig of memory installed and was trying to install Win7. That particular combination led to extremely slow install of Windows (it took almost a week to run with all of the updates). Once I went to update the BIOS I saw this was a known issue and after updating, everything is great so far. Intel's support site is not the greatest but I have seen worse.
