Summary: Works great most of the time, a few issues though. When I first set it up, it didn't want to output display, after disassembling and reassembling it a few times it eventually worked. Another issue I had, USB ports randomly stop working, even while in use, sometimes start working again in a few seconds, other times it'll take a restart before that specific port works again.
Summary: Do not buy this motherboard unless you are a gambler. This motherboard gave me nothing but trouble in the installation process and I come to find that when everything is plugged in and all the fans are running, it does not send display to the monitor. After days of tinkering and searching the web for an answer still no success. With a terrible return policy and the fact I paid to have it shipped back left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Summary: Motherboard died in less than 1 month. I RMA'd it back to Gigabyte. (Beware they don't cover the shipping, all expenses are on you.) They've had it for over 1 week already and it's still listed as "under repair". I can't believe they are trying to repair it instead of just sending out a new one. No status updates at all from them. Very frustrating to deal with such slow and lazy warranty service for such a new product.
