Summary: Overall I give it kudos for all of the ports for everything given. When I purchased this motherboard, I had adding a ton of HDD's and SSD's in mind. Also the Quality of craftsmanship I can not say enough about. Kudos on that.
Pros: Excellent quality in the build. I have not had a problem with it. Has integrated video card that can be utilized until one can purchase a graphics card or if one is between them (e.g. graphics card is getting fixed). If over clocking is on the agenda, this is perfect as it has many options to do ...
Cons: Not enough sata ports. Maybe I am asking for too much, but the case I have has 3 drive bays, and 13 hard drive bays. I would love to utilize all of these one day, but having 10 sata slots cuts down on the options. Also only enough ports to support 2 additional usb cards (I use the to get USB in t...
Pros: Well, how else can I put that this is, spec wise, the best LGA 1155 board on the market, or at least Newegg right now. Being the only board with 3x 16?! Even one of the few that is at least 2x 16. Outstanding, I have no plans to upgrade my i7-2600k anytime soon and this board will help me live kn...
Cons: It's not in my arms receiving the love I'd like to give it.
Summary: Despite the fact it had broken pins, I'm shocked how durable this thing was. I wouldn't consider an extra 16GB to be important, but I did pay for that RAM. For you gamers out there, I recommend this board!
Pros: Amazing motherboard. Overclocked my CPU to a stable 5.0GHZ! Amazing power, beautiful 3D BIOS. One of the best boards I have ever owned!
Cons: I was having trouble with one section of my RAM not working. I had contacted the manufacture due to it not booting up when I placed the extra 16GB I had. They told me to inspect the board by checking the motherboard CPU socket for any bent/broken pins. Unfortunately there was several bent pins in...
Summary: This board can do almost anything you throw at it. They got ride of all the USB 3.0's and opted for all USB 3.0. You never know when you will need another 3.0 Port.
Pros: Finally decided to go all out on my computer build! I recently purchased the Z77X-UP7, I liked the color scheme of Black and orange however this one isn't meant to be OC as I know gigabyte's older model had a black and orange made just for overclocking. The board itself is incredible 4 way sli/cf...
Cons: Board is somewhat pricey but you get what you pay for, and this board is well worth it. Not only that this top end board is cheaper then other competitor's flagship models.
Summary: INFO: This board has the sturdiness and weight of slate rock! Although the board is stated as an Extended ATX, it's width is really only 1.5" wider then standard ATX boards and as such, it can seemingly fit inside a Cooler Master HAF 922 ATX case.
Summary: This motherboard is a fantastic overclocker it smokes the competition In build quality. Gigabyte packed so many features into this board it's amazing. Best bang for the buck motherboard that will last through huge voltage increases
Not an expert but it was fun to build and it's fun to use.

Summary: I have assembled a few PCs over the years and this was the easiest and so far appears to be the best. I don't overclock---I don't really "game" too often and when I do it's cheesy stuff like WOW, but I wanted a "gaming rig" of sorts and by plugging other electronics into this board, I got it.
