Summary: was really pleased with how well this board works, the BIOS is nicer than what i've been used to, happy to get solid state caps on the board, has all the features i really wanted. i don't need the mSATA but it had everything else i wanted so whatever.
Summary: In the last couple of months, I have built 3 machines with this board. All have worked perfectly. It is big enough to not have cramped connections. Very professional looking capacitors. Plenty of room for the Cool Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler. Now that they have standardized the USB3 motherboard cable connector, if you get a computer case with external USB ports, it is just a plug in. With 2 USB3 motherboard connectors, you can add a USB3 card reader as well.
Summary: Picking the right motherboard is always the hardest part of a computer build. I recently build new computer using this board and things went as smooth as silk. This board is well thoughtout, robust and clean in design. I am really happy with it. I went to the Gigabyte website and selected my RAM from their long list of approved memory. All of the component list below (and bought from Amazon) installed and worked with out a hitch.

Summary: I really like this board. However, GIGABYTE only makes their BIOS updates available in Windows executable format, e.g. ".exe" extension. This oversight prevents me and every other GIGABYTE motherboard user from updating the BIOS when running any operating system other than Windows. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any GIGABYTE motherboards in the future and must recommend that all Linux users look elsewhere for their motherboards needs.
Summary: I probably didn't need to buy a motherboard this advanced for my computer setup. It had everything I needed and I liked the idea of CrossFire in the future. -- Pros: -Fit all of my needs. -USB3 -Ability to upgrade in the future. Cons: -The heatsink directly on the motherboard (the big blue one near the PCI slots) was a bit high. My graphics card (7850) rested directly on top of it. -Wasn't super impressed with the software to install motherboard drivers and software.
