bios is a little annoying on this mobo

Yeshaya A., Amazon
28 September 2013
  • Summary: My bios got corrupted on Windows 8. It does have a dual bios and booted itself back up and ran its own repair. The UEFI bios is a little bit annoying to navigate if you are used to legacy devices. The wifi antennas that came with it are a little bit large for the small form factor PC that I built based on a mini-ITX Bitfenix Prodigy case. One of the coaxial connectors came loose. I ended up using ethernet for internet anyways so not a big detractor.

A list of problems installing in Antec ISK 110 Case

Mark Chan, Amazon
15 April 2013
  • Summary: 1.) Would not recognize the USB DVD drive in the BIOS to install the operating system. 2.) Comes with 1 USB 2.0 and 1 USB 3.0 Front headers. The Antec Case required 2 USB 2.0 front headers. 3.) Intel CPU Fan did not fit very well in the holes and was not anchored very securely. 4.) Performance is good, however, there is no selection list of USB bootable devices in the Bios and no list of various types of bootable media in the Bios.

User Review

Kelly_B, NCIX.com
8 March 2013
  • Summary: I bought this as part of a hackintosh build with a 3570K cooled by a corsair h100i, hoping to squeeze the thing up to 5GHz. Nope. While the bios allows you to set some sort of "boost", and if you look long enough you'll find a badly-designed overclock page, but it doesn't allow you to overvolt, so it's completely useless. My 3570K is idling at 23 degrees, which just won't do. I'm shopping around for a replacement with better overclockability.
  • Pros: Great price for a Z77 chipset with wifi
  • Cons: Not overclock-friendly

Ungeeignet für Over- / Underclocker, kein WOL möglich

coin3d, Amazon
22 March 2013
