Summary: I'm a 20 year repair and system builder. I've been using Asus mobos for the past 10 years and I have to say that this mobo install went every bit as well as my last Asus mobo. It is a solid mobo with Japanese solid state capacitors and a great bios. I replaced a failed Acer Mobo in a Gateway Computer.
I'm typing this on the computer I built with this board.

Summary: I normally use ASUS for MOBO's but I read the reviews and Gigabyte has a good reputation so I decided to try it and it has been running fine for 6 months now. It was easy to install and the connectors are clearly labeled.
Summary: I have been a gigabyte fan for years. IMO, they build some of the best boards out there. This board has dual video card capability, and with the UFEI BIOS over-clocking is a breeze. Intel I-5, 16 gig Corsair extreme memory, and dual Nvidia cards, it has handled every game I have thrown at it like a champ!
Summary: Every couple of years I build a PC. A few years back I bought a gigabyte and it worked great, but I've always had a soft spot for Intel. This year I bought an Intel board. Bad move. The Intel board was defective. After all of the installation work I isolated a fault in the green board. I had to go through the hassle of returning it, etc. And I replaced it with this Gigabyte Micro ATX form - and it works great. USB 3 ports galore, integrated sound. Perfect fit.
