Summary: Bought this MA785GM-US2H microATX in order to use all the guts of my old gaming rig to make an HTPC. This one is the little brother of the Gigabyte MA790x-UD5P ATX that was in the original build. This little guy works great, and has a great set of features for such a tiny board. The only negative I could give is the positioning of the SATA ports.
This motherboard is an excellent buy for an older AM2/AM2+ processor!!!

Summary: I bought this motherboard as a replacement for an ASUS M3A78-EM AM2/AM2+ motherboard that failed in my sister's computer four months earlier. This board had all the necessary features that the ASUS motherboard had and then some. What I like most about it is the fact that I was able to properly implement AHCI in order for her to use her eSATA external hard drive enclosure to back up and restore files from her main hard drive.
Summary: Rock Solid Board. Used one to replace the board in an HP Elite desktop that I had already replaced with an identical HP board once before with poor results. Now I get to keep using my Phenom and 8GB RAM that I already had. Installed this with a new 680W PS and it runs consistent as gravity. Would definitely recommend, but wouldn't pay over $100 for it due to age of technology (as of 06-2012).
Summary: The one I have have difference from the one in this picture it's rev 3.3 the one in this picture is rev 1.0. Very good motherboard with some add features. I all I need new is a new hard Drive and new case and i'll be fine.
Summary: Excellent manufacturer, excellent board. Will run Am2+/AM3 processors. Compatibility is an absolute dream with this board. Quite possibly the best current board you can buy, for compatibility, upgradeability(though it won't handle bulldozer), price/value. You can stop reading reviews about this board.
Summary: This board has EVERYTHING. It supports that fastest AMD processors and memory, has more than enough storage options, and I/O capabilities for any purpose you could imagine. I have built or rebuilt at least six home PCs and I would recommend this board to anybody.
Summary: This board is a fresh new experience for me. Will run 16 GB of ram. I now have an Athlon 11 X 2 stock at 2.9 GHZ with 2 MB of L2 cache. I am running 8 GB of ram at 667MHZ and this thing is smooth steady and fast and runs at 93 degrees F. Very cool for such power. Thanks for a chance to express my approval of this board. I work on over 700 units yearly and this is my favorite board.
Summary: The MB is excellent. A well thought out manual with explicit instructions. I di have to reinstall Win XP Prof. SP3. I tried a pulled HD that already had XP on it but the system hung after attempting to load OS. The fresh install of XP did the trick and the unit ran beautifully from that point on. I recommend it for light to medium gaming and all around general applications.
Summary: Likes most any kind of RAM. Thank you Gigabyte. Great manual with easy step-by-step instructions. You will be glad to tinker around with this little baby. Lots of "Tricks and Tweaks" you can do to the parts you put in her. Just make sure they can handle what this board can un-leash. WOW!!!
