Summary: Have a Gigabyte board that was DOA. Tried to contact them to get a replacement and had to leave a message. Did this several time and never got a call back, RMA or any contact at all. I am stuck with a useless board. Vendor I bought it from (Tiger Direct) would not take it back either.
