Pros: The Board works well, it set up easily, and has been very reliable. Running it now as a MythTV Frontend.
Cons: Rant Mode On: If you think you are getting a rebate from Gigabyte, forget about it! What a scam. I am so upset right now, I will never buy another Gigabyte product. I sent in the completed rebate forms, and they decline the rebate telling me that I didn't send in the invoice, give me a break!!! T...
Summary: Temps dropped about 10 degrees after adding more thermal goop. I'll still be exchanging it though, since I'm sure that if the heatsink didn't have a stripped hole and everything could be properly fastened together, my temps would be even lower.
Pros: It comes close to being a nice board. Besides the problem with the heatsink, everything is fine. Some of the other reviews mention fan noise. I find the fan to be very, very quiet. I guess it depends what you're comparing it to. I'm comparing it to a regular computer. If you're comparing it to a ...
Cons: Overheating. Temps of at least 83 degrees under load, which lead to system crashing. The stock heatsink is made of three parts. There's a large heatsink that bridges the Hudson M1 and the APU and provides thermal mass to both. For each of the two chips, there is a smaller piece that sits between ...
Summary: If you intend to make a bootable usb drive your primary OS partition or dont intend to use a cdrom, dont get this board.
Pros: It has USB3, 4 sata and a decent price.
Cons: Absolutely refuses to boot from USB drives, making it useless. I did not intend to attach a cdrom drive to this board, but regardless i didnt think a modern motherboard would be stuck in the 90s not being able to boot from USB even though its a feature in the bios. Unfortunately that feature does...

Summary: I have bought this motherboard a month ago and all it has give me is headaches!! The mother makes two annoying sounds and overheats. If this wasn't enough the tech support in Gigabyte is the worst I have ever seen!!! The CPU fan starts at 3900 RPMs when it starts, which is kind of noisy.
Summary: Gigabyte has made many fine products but this is not one of them. Only thing that should come with this setup is a box of shells and a modified clay pigeon tosser.
Pros: Looks good and has the name.
Cons: First board sent was missing a bios. Replacement board would freeze during bios boot up. Return shipping took forever. Once I was able to have the pc working it kept running at 61 degrees C. Heatsink and fan are too small to remove heat properly you must have a second fan.
