Summary: I had bios issues with my FX6200 processor in this board. Windows 7 could only detect 3 cores. I found there are 11 different bios. So, I tried different ones till the F8 bios fixed the problem. Hope this helps someone with my same issues. After all, this is actually a pretty good board and arrived on time too.

Summary: My previous motherboard was a budget-line piece of equipment, and so perhaps I'm more impressed with the Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 than the average enthusiast. However, there is no denying this is a quality motherboard. I won't go over the specs, but I will say that this motherboard has supported nearly everything I've asked for or thrown at it. USB3 is *really* nice for compact external hard drives!
Summary: This is the best Motherboard for the price! Very nice. It just works very well. I would HIGHLY recommend this board. I have had no issues, the manual is easy to understand. Just works flawlessly.
Summary: Got this combo 3 weeks ago. It is very nice and fast. Does everything I want. I oc the cpu to 4.3 easy, will push more later but for now I dont feel the need. Can play Skyrim on high with my zotac 560 and 8gb of ram.
Pros: Excellent parts, good quality motherboard and good processor, lots of overclocking room.
Summary: I always go with gigabyte, the try so hard. Great improvement on my pc and I'm not talking about "mental thing" speed u can believe/ observe. Sound is great. However they did it again? forgot to include COAXIAL OUT PUT JACK. I still own AD890 THX ALTEC LANSING and it takes a coaxial. still waiting for AMD bulldozer.
Summary: The is a nice motherboard for the price I got it ($139.99). Although it lacks some features that it's ASUS counterpart has, this Gigabyte motherboard is $30 cheaper than the ASUS model. It has a nice 4 slots of DDR3 RAM; 2 of which I am currently using, and I can easily upgrade to more whenever I need to. This motherboard supports the new AM3+ socket, which will be used on AMD's 8-core Bulldozer processors when they are released.
Summary: This is my first personal PC build, I wanted to dabble into PC gaming but didn't want to break the bank for an endeavor I may not heavily invest time on. At the same time, it is always smart to leave yourself with options and with an AM3+ socket to support the next generation of CPUs, a 900 series chipset to use these new processors to their fullest, and native SLI support this motherboard is perfect! I can find myself using this board comfortably for years to come.
Summary: this motherboard is excellent, I needed a very specific list of features for my build so I cherry picked this particular board as it had usb3 sata3 and 4x ddr3 slots. also liked the fact it has no on board gpu as this is wasted on me usually as I wouldnt consider a build without a dedicated video card. love this board . dropped a SSD drive in a few months back and boom 1 quick little box.
