Summary: the random crashes could be my graphics card, but it really doesn't make sense. motherboard hasn't died on me yet so that's good.
Pros: the mother board looks and feels nice, has been running for more than a year.
Cons: Beta bios sucks, not stable when playing games for more than a few hours. I have had strange lock ups and random messages for false fail boots. owning the fx 9590, I am pushing this mother boards limits, but I dont think the north bridge should get hot enough for me to burn myself on it. I have a...
Summary: Will try a different make next time, just for OC.
Pros: Easy to work with, works very well, just expected from Gigabyte. But had to cut 2 eggs for the cons below.
Cons: Does not OC very well. CPU-NB does not go over 2400, Hypertransport does not OC at all over 2600, even though the possibilities are provided for both. And as noted by others, their Customer Service has a lot of room for improvement - not much phone support, very tardy email response. Also the PCI...
Summary: All seems to be working. Added a PCI ethernet card and it worked. Time will tell as I kick more of it's wheels so to speak.
Pros: (Now) works. Installed Fedora 21 via DVD. Installed to 256GB SSD (system) and 1TB HDD Data (/home).
Cons: Would not post out of the box with FX 8350 that was bought with motherboard and memory. Replaced memory with know good and no go. Removed all SATA connections, no go. Popped out battery to set to defaults... No go. Had a working Phenom II x4 945. Popped that in and it works fine. Either 8350 proc...
Summary: Have been a Gigabyte girl for awhile now, having purchasing only their boards for all my builds over the past 11 years. But the quality seems to be going downhill while the price keeps climbing
Pros: Had no issues booting with my FX9590, and was able to flash BIOS while using FX 9590. Unlike previous reviews.
Cons: They've yet to update the design (as with the rev.1) still unable to use my pci ex 1 sound blaster in the pci ex 1 slot. Purchased 3 rev 3 boards so far only tested one. Which seems to have a few issues - major gripe being first pci ex 16 slot is faulty. It only took me 5 days of disassembling an...

Summary: Very good board. Have an FX9590 socketed in it with two MSI 270x gaming edition cards and 16 gb Kingston RAM, powered by 1000 W BFG PSU. Only issue is the PCI-E x16 which are actually running at x16 slots are too close to fit two video cards in at a time.
Summary: I have worked with Gigabyte for the last 2 weeks and all they want me to do is keep swapping memory, remove memory and retry with no correction at all. I have been a gigabyte fan for many years but this board is very poor.
Pros: Good looking board with easy to understand Bios
Cons: Will not read memory correctly. I have tried numerous 1866 memory but the board, even with the latest BIOs only reads any memory at 1333 If you go into the bios and try to change the configuration to what the memory is rated it reboots with a boot failure and only allows 3 options load bios defau...
Summary: Overall it works when it wants too but I know I will never be buying another Gigabyte product, this experience has been enough for me to give up on them.
Pros: After an RMA (first board bios died 29 days after use) The second one seems to function. (2 years) When it wants to work without any hiccups it's been a great board. That's all I have to say for pros.
Cons: Cheap board (not talking about price), rear USB I/O is shady, doesn't seem to want to work half the time. USB devices like to just stop working, causing a hard reboot to fix the issue, happens quite often and I've tried many different things to attempt a fix.
Summary: I had high hopes for this card. I bought this to replace a UD-7 that bit the dust. Next time I'll go with another's MoBo to make sure that there is room for my cards. Still a good MotherBoard but disappointed the design.
Pros: I've used their motherboards before and have had good luck with them.
Cons: Position of the 3rd PCIe slot is too close to the connections at the bottom of the board. I attempted to seat 3 GTX 780s on this board only to find that the 3rd graphic card was actually pushing the plug of the F-USB3.0 out of it's socket with the fan. I could also see that the plugs for the powe...
