Pros: Placement of components are well laid out. Color scheme is pleasing to those that care for such things.
Cons: The Realtiek Enthernet Controller and nearby USB ports appear to be dead. (This is my biggest complaint. I am sure Quality Control checks for such things, however it seems on this board something has gone amiss. I checked the forums and help guides to troubleshoot the issue. I am hoping Gigabyte ...
Summary: I probably just got unlucky with this board and minus three stars might seem a bit harsh, but it's annoying that one of the two 4 pin fan headers was dead right out of the box due to poor quality control. The sad part is I'm not sure it's any better with any other brand.
Pros: Board works great so far other than the dead 4 pin fan header. Bios is very easy to use. Haven't done any overclocking yet but it looks like it should be easy enough to do.
Cons: The board has two 4 pin fan headers, one of which is completely dead. I have a water cooling radiator with two fans in a push/pull configuration and had to use the PWM splitter that came with it to hook up one fan and the water block to the CPU header. I now have to buy a 3-way 4 pin PWM splitter...
Pros: Fits well, and decent while it worked. Easy to Manage
Cons: I've had this computer built and used for only 5 months and the the motherboard is just about done. Hibernation freezing, (i don't have sleep mode on) and BSOD now. Ive tried updating BIOS and everything. And reformatting as well. Anything to do with sound devices and settings has been working, o...

Summary: Worked sufficiently well considering the price as a mid-range motherboard for ~6 months. Blue screened and then would not restart(including BIOS). PSU paper clip tested, motherboard is almost certainly the cause of the issue.
Pros: Sleek Sata 6 Tons of usb ports Uefi bios Plenty of expansion slots
Cons: Uefi bios mouse control is very slow. Ever since I've had this motherboard I have had dozens of freezes and hitches. I've tested all my other components and it seems like the mobo is the culprit. It's really annoying every other day I'm faced with constant hard lockups.
Summary: Something needs to be done about the return policy. I would be afraid to buy anything large from Newegg for fear of having to get it back to them.
Pros: Booted right up first time with no problem. Bios is really easy use. More than enough 2.0 usb ports. Sound quality is fairly good from the board. I have been using Gigabyte boards for years.
Cons: After 10 days it is in the hands of UPS for return. Started my system yesterday and crash dump all day long. It wouldn't even be that bad returning it except it cost me almost 16 dollars to ship. Makes me wish I had got it from a brick and mortar store. Now I get to look at my PC in pieces until ...
Pros: it runs great using windows 8.1 64 bit! i love how it looks! the location of the connector are fine
Cons: only thing im concern is the north bridge gets really hot!!!!! this was a budget build and im hoping to will last long enough, but the heat coming from the north bridge is concerning me. i might have to modify the heat sink to something bigger with a fan
