Summary: Not only is this a fantastic motherboard but buying this through Amazon made it a great experience. The original order arrived within seven days with free shipping. When we attempted to power up the computer build for the first time, it was apparent that a component was bad. The computer never attempted to boot. Upon troubleshooting the components we noticed an anomaly in the pins of the CPU socket.
Gigabyte G1 Sniper Z87 Motherboard: Jury still out!
Summary: The motherboard was a breeze to setup. Very nice layout and it boots fast with the Intel I5 chip I purchased. I am having difficulty with a blue screen error message that is consistently showing up at boot-up--related to hardware. I'm not sure if it is the motherboard or the memory. I will update my post later.

Summary: The audio chipset is amazing. I did not know that my crappy headset could play sounds so sharp and clean. The bios app is easy to use and has alot of features. Makes a great overclock for my i7-4770k.
Summary: Has some cool features for sound quality, i dont really use them as i run optical out, but its nice to know they will drive big headphones well. Plenty of ports and room for expansion. BIOS is great and provides a ton of information. My only gripe is the Killer e2200 NIC caused my system to BSOD with the drivers included with the cd.
Summary: Beautiful board, well made with quality parts, very sturdy. My new build booted first try. Has onboard switches for power, cmos reset, and a error code display for troubleshooting and the like. Makes building a new computer as easy as can be. Sound is surprisingly good, better than my old sound card, with gold plated connectors, and the sound chip is separated on the board to prevent any hiss or noise bleeding in from the motherboard.
Summary: I bought this MB to use for a small mining rig. I like that the board supports three PCI-E slots. I am using two R-290 graphic cards and they work well in this board and temps stay cool - have to give most of the credit to the case I bought. After about two months of the board and system running stable I decided to try a third graphic card. That was a bad idea. There wasn't enough air flow and the temps of my cards went much higher than I was comfortable with.
