Summary: Gigabyte is going straight down hill with their product quality. They used to make a solid, reliable product and not 50+% of their MBs and components my computer mnaufacturing company purchases do no pass our initial testing with a good handful dieing months out. Stay away and go with MSI, Asus, and ASRock. Much more reliable for current times. We have dropped GB as a product supplier from our entire business.

A great card, quality, performance and attractive, with updated drivers and utilities from Gigabyte.
28 June 2014
Summary: I love this card, I've been a month of use, the drivers gave me no problems on 64-bit Windows 8.1 Pro. Very good audio quality, and did I mention that it is very attractive?. I put a core i5 4670k OC to 4.2Ghz, with a liquid cooling Cooler master Seidon 120M, there were no problems. Something that I really liked was not where he placed the fan headers, cost me a lot of power to connect them all in one case Cooler Master 690II Nvidia Edition.
Summary: After installing this motherboard I had too many problems to list here. First of all it would not recognize only one of my monitors. I tried to download the drivers and applications software form the Gigabyte site and I got a message that said the software was not compatible with my operating system...Windows 8.1. Then out of exasperation I tried to install the software from the supplied DVD and got the same messages.
Summary: Great board, Installed everything, posted, set my ram speeds and kept everything else stock. Booted and has run flawlessly for 2 months. I haven't changed the customizable audio at all but may try that soon as I get a slight hissing. I will update the review when I overclock the 4770k I have in the system. The color scheme is aesthetically pleasing and the green audio line is nice to look at if you have a windowed case.
Summary: Pros: This motherboard is amazing. Everything about it is great! I upgraded from the ASRock Z87M Extreme4 and this Gigabyte board blows it away! Overclocking is a breeze aswell! Cons: I am having an issue with the front microphone port aka HD Audio Header. Whether its hardware or driver related, I am simply not sure. Basically, the front audio headphone works but the microphone port does not. Windows does not acknowledge a jack when plugged in at all either.
Summary: This board is simply beautiful, and for the price you get an on board creative quad core sound processor, and killer NIC. just be mindful if you decide to update the bios. If you update the bios to F7, remember to install the USB chip-set driver first, then update the bios, or you might loose your sound (which is recoverable if you go back to an older bios). I love this board, and the green LED moat is the bomb.
Pros: Gigabyte always has a nice PCB with well laid out components., On board sound processor!, Black and green, M-ATX, The price is great, very nice VRM
Cons: The on board audio can be finicky with the drivers and bios.
Summary: I have not had a problem so far with this board. Front USB 3.0 and 2.0 work fine. Front headphone out works fine. Sound is good with one of the free op-amps installed. I am using a gtx780 Nvidea card and every game I through at it starts and plays fine. Crucial 1866mhz ram works good. No problem with ssd or hard drive, or sata ports. Nothing overclocked, don't need to. No strange crashes after a week of running it. Don't use the disk, use online for drivers and new bios.
