Summary: Gigabyte is going straight down hill with their product quality. They used to make a solid, reliable product and not 50+% of their MBs and components my computer manufacturing company purchases do no pass our initial testing with a good handful dieing months out. Stay away and go with MSI, Asus, and ASRock. Much more reliable for current times. We have dropped GB as a product supplier from our entire business.
Excerpt: Loving the GUI for this one and all the GREEN, fits a green build quite nice. The Auto OC feature actually works quite well, at least with a 4770k, I suggest updating to the latest Bios if you are planning to use the Auto OC features. Other than that the multiple PCIe x16 slots are nice, and I did have to RMA it a few times but the support was good!
EXPENSIVE JUNK ! WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO AT GIGABYTE !!!
JOE SMITH, Amazon

Summary: this item is a really nice motherboard but it is definitely not worth 450.00 dollars. one can buy a board with similar specs from many other highly regarded mb manufacturer's. MSI board comparible to this is only around 200.00, same with Asus. GIGABYTE IS KIND OF THE CADILLAC PRICED OF MOTHERBOARDS , BUT THE FAIL JUST AS MUCH AS THE OTHER BOARD MANUFACTURERS THAT I HAVE BOUGHT MANY MB'S FROM IN MY 25 YEARS OF COMPUTER BUILDING AND FIXING.
Summary: I am only giving this 1 star because I have had constant issues with this motherboard. I bought 1 and it broke, the fans were not spinning and after much research this is apparently quite a common problem with these boards. Another issue was the sound would break and distort on occasion this is another common problem. I got an exchange thinking this was a one off, the new board was the exact same so please avoid buying this motherboard!
Summary: Despite the amazing aesthetics and feature set, the board I received was DOA. Then the replacement I got from Amazon was DOA aswell, two motherboards DOA. Whilst I'm sure these boards are great, it just wasn't my lucky day. However Amazon probably just got a bad shipment from Gigabyte. Bought the ASUS Maximus VI GENE instead, works flawlessly.
