In use nearly 24/7 since 2008 and still going strong!

Summary: I bought this board back in 2008. It runs nearly 24/7. First it was my primary computer. Then I upgraded and it became my main HTPC. Either way. It has been running nearly 24 hours a day. It has been moved to different cases. Multiple OSes, etc. But it is always running.
Summary: This motherboard came with everything I was looking for (1394, parallel port [internal connector only], tons of USB ports, ethernet [only 1], PCI slots, etc). I've had no problems, but I'm not overclocking. Received revision 1.1 from Amazon.
Summary: This is a fantastic motherboard. It is super stable and fast. Has all the BIOS options you can think of. Gigabyte has the best quality and support in the industry. ASUS is also good in terms of quality and support, but Gigabyte is more user friendly.
Summary: I have the Rev 1.0 version of this board, but have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Installation of chip and cooler went fine, no problems installing OS of any sort. All drivers I needed were included on CD, along with some nice tools written by Gigabyte.
Summary: I bought this motherboard after a fair amount of research and I am very pleased with it. It runs flawlessly out of the box, overclocks my Q6600 2.4 Ghz to over 3.4 GHz with minimal heat on the board or the chip, and is very compatible with Windows XP SP3.
Excerpt: Ich habe für meinen Gamerrechner (Budget 700 Euro) eine anständige Grundlage gesucht. Das Mainboard das ich suchte sollte gut verarbeitet und einen Kompromiss aus Leistung und Effizienz darstellen.
Pros: viele Steckplätze, übersichtlich, vorbildliche Ausstattung was Kabel betrifft
Cons: keine Schrauben und Abstandshalter im Lieferumfang enthalten
