Summary: Well, I've had this board for over a year, almost two years now gaming on it. Honestly, I haven't had any issues with using Corsair hardware on this board. I bought an AMD AM3+ FX 3.5 GHz 6 Core Black Edition processor for it, 8 GB DDR3 Corsair Vengence RAM, NVidia Geforce GTX 650 Ti, and I haven't had any issues with games running. I do have some small issues with the board, like the video card slots being way too close together.
Summary: Recently this board went on sale on another site (hens lay them), if the rebate comes thru the board cost is $18 including taxes and free shipping. Installed the board with a spare Phenom II 720BE and it booted right away but had some stability issues. Later found that board is picky about RAM, it didn't like the spare OCZ DDR3 1600 Ram I had. Changed to Corsair XMS 1600 and no issues.
Summary: I got this last from Amazon's big competitor in PC hardware for a ridiculously low price. I was assembling a PC with a CPU, memory, power supply and case I already had. I was kind of concerned by the poor buyer reviews on that website, but figured for twenty bucks after rebate I couldn't go wrong. The UEFI BIOS is actually pretty nice. Straightforward and many adjustments. Only gripe I have is that you can't downclock the CPU voltage (only increase it).
Summary: For starters this is a good board with good features, BUT when i got into the bios I noticed that there were a few features missing. I noticed I could not shut off cores. I have the FX-8350, and so was hoping to be able to shut off cores. That is not the worst of it. This board has a bogus heat sensor in the socket and if not that, something is causing throttling and without a fan on the processor socket you will throttle to 1.4ghz with the fx-8350.
