Summary: Great mobo so far. Only downside is 2nd pcie is 2.0 4x. This will only support xfire and not sli. The sata headers get in the way of the bottom pcie slot if you have a long gpu. Not the best color choice either.
Summary: This motherboard Works as expected. Replaced old gateway dx4870-ub20p motherboard that gave 6 beeps on start up(POST), some problem with RAM slots, probably due to dust never being cleaned out.
Summary: I will admit I was a little apprehensive at first because I didn't know to much about Biostar because I have been a Asus user for years but this board was the size and had what I needed to do my new build. I put in a Intel i7-3770K processor and 16 Gb memory.
Summary: To people who claims DoA with there power supply units and motherboards - please find a beginners motherboard installation checklist on youtube or something - great resources are out there even for veterans.
Pros: This mobo has a familiar standard layout, runs some decent hardware and comes with some bells and whistles(some neat little utility programs etc). Easy install works wonderfully so far.
Cons: Nothing negative, which is a surprise considering the flak some reviews gave it.
Summary: Decent board for the price, came with an 8Gb stick of RAM, First time building with this small of a form factor and using BIOSTAR, and I have had no problems as of yet other than 1st DOA
Pros: Plenty of options, PCI-E 3.0. Software for power management and overclocking
Cons: 1st was DOA, second one is fine, but had some video problems at first. No drivers provided for built in HDMI port. Bioremote does not work for me. Logitech G510 keyboard not responsive during boot, but that may not be the boards fault, haven't messed around to much with that.
