Biostar TPower X79

  • Conclusion: After spending time with the TPower X79 I am really happy with their first real effort to get into the enthusiast market. It’s obvious they are taking into account what gamers and enthusiasts what in their boards. That’s not to say it was perfect. I didn’t like the use of so many colors with both the board itself and also the SATA cables. I would like to see them lock it down to two colors and run with it.

The BIOSTAR TPower X79 offers great features at a great value!

  • Conclusion: When we received the TPower we had mixed feelings, as we have had some good experience with previous TPower boards, but knowing that the bulk of Biostar’s attention is paid to low cost models or OEM style boards leaves us a little uneasy as to their focus or attention to the enthusiast cause and community.

  • Summary: Die BIOSTAR GROUP, übersendete uns vor kurzem ihr TPower X79 mit Intels Highend-Chipsatz "Patsburg" für "Sandy Bridge-E" Prozessoren.
