Summary: Well, i got My Motherboard in but i noticed a few bent pins in the right side of the mother board( if you look at the picture you can see near the bottom right a green port). I bent it back then it worked great. I've read that other people who purchased the same motherboard have also gotten a few bent pins in the cpu. So if you do purchase this, make sure you check everything is ok before you do anything with it.
Summary: I use high air flow cases and due to the amount of dust that I'm constantly battling, this MB is just what I needed. This board is the ultimate in dust defense, every port has a plastic slot cover and the thermal armor helps with dust a bit...although it will be harder to blow under it to clear dust from between. This board does require some assembly if the user wants to make use of the included pair of helper fans, as a gamer, for me this was a must.
Summary: I love the look of the motherboard all the dust covers are great especially for the unused slots on the rear panel. would have preferred the i7, but this fit my price range perfectly, definitely will be needing a new CPU cooler.
Summary: This motherboard was great and everything about it made it very pleasuring to use on my system but it is not very compatible with cases like the 400r as the motherboard standoff place is hollowed in which made it difficult to install.
Summary: Had trouble in the beginning. Could not get past the memory test. Took 1 hour to troubleshoot the problem. I found 1 of the Processor pin was bent. Lucky for me I was able to bend it back. Since then, it has worked without any incidents.
First Board was DOA, Replacement has been flawless

Summary: Ordered this board to go with my Core i7-4771 CPU. Honestly the looks and the fact that it comes with all of the dust covers to keep all of the dust out the extra slots/ports was one of the reasons I chose to go with this board. I got my board and CPU and the rest of the gear I needed and proceeded to install everything. I was dismayed to find this board is definitely some assembly required. I expected the assistant fans, etc., to be installed already.
Summary: I like this motherboard because its got plenty of room for SLI and fans. I just think the whole "Armor" thing was a bad idea. It takes up more space in my case than it should, making some connections (cpu water cooler) difficult to pull off. I would have good with the Pro version because its a little cheaper and comes with wifi and blue tooth. Other than that its a great board, the bios is easy to use and overclock with. It looks pretty cool too.
Summary: Newegg made me whole in my purchase and my system is running now but their RMA group should be disbanded. This isn't your big brother's newegg.
Pros: ASUS makes quality components, this is another example. This is a follow up to my earlier one star review, which was unfairly applied to this product and not the seller. I think the helpful Newegg employee was named Lucy, yay Lucy!
Cons: This seller'sRMA system for mother boards needs to be given the death penalty. I've bought every mobo I've ever purchased online from Newegg and this will be my last. My RMA was declined but they offered to keep it and give me half my money back or a 10% credit and return the board but I had 24 hours to decide.
Summary: One of the dimm slots on the board required me to push insanely hard to get the memory to seat properly. I thought I had a DOA board at first because I didn't get a post after my PSU blew (that was a nightmare). Turns out when I went to remove the PSU, the ram became slightly loose and made me think the board was fried. If you get this board and your computer turns on but doesn't post, make sure that you reseat all the ram and don't be scared to push down very hard.
Pros: The motherboard is definitely a high quality board. The UEFI bios is easy to use and has every option you could ever want. The USB flashback is awesome and the days of worrying about a bad flash are over. I'm currently running 2 GTX 780's in SLI and a 4770k. I haven't had issues with either. Overall I'm very happy and the fact that I got it for $100 off as part of a combo deal makes it a steal.
Cons: I'm not a huge fan of the armor. It makes installing the motherboard a pain to work with as all the screw slots are recessed behind the armor. This means that you have to drop the screw and hope it doesn't land sideways. If it does, getting it out can be a pain. Also because of the armor, if you drop something (ie a screw or plastic washer) while installing something, it can get lodged under the armor, meaning you have to remove it you get stuff out.
