Summary: To be fair, the parts for this rig sat for almost two years before I was able to get it assembled and running due to health issues. Had I been able to get it together right after purchase NewEgg would have been able to replace the MoBo.
Pros: Haven't had it operational long enough to discover any. It looks pretty.
Cons: Memory Issues. Rig was built per Maximum PC's specs from March 2014 and I bought everything as a bundle from NewEgg. Started with 16G of G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800). Bios screen showed all 4 sticks, but Windows and CPU-Z only recognized 12G. Swapped them around a...
Summary: Asus boards are nice and so is this one but be wary of their customer service.
Pros: Good motherboard with good features.
Cons: Horrible customer service. My board went bad and tried to get a RMA. First off it's difficult to figure out how to RMA an item and actually have to contact them. After that they gave me the run around. They kept giving me troubleshooting advice which was nice if I hadn't done that already and eve...
Summary: Get EVGA they have insanely great customer support always within the U.S. and no holding time if there is it's very small and the people talk to you like people not like a call center. Asus is losing a lot of customers and not because of thier products but only because of their customer service.
Pros: Good board lots of features if it works
Cons: ASUS ASUS and ASUS This board is good two of my ram slots do not pick up ram ok I accept that the board has two bad slots so I try to set up an RMA online and asus website will not finish it. OK fine I accept that I try to call asus and now evertime I call I wait on hold for 10 to 20 min just to ...
If you get one that works it functions well. I had to return 2 that did not work.

Summary: I have build two computers using this mother board. Unfortunately I had two bad boards that I needed to return to Amazon and get replacemented. Both bad boards claimed the CPU was bad. I doubted this and sent the boards back instead. Once you get a motherboard that works, it runs well.
Summary: I want to like this board so badly. Quality LGA 2011 ATX boards are not easy to come by. I understand it is difficult to give a helpful review since Ive gotten two boards that will not post. Just wanted to put it out there as a warning that you may have to RMA this board at least once.
Pros: The flash from USB bios option is extremely nice. I really like the PCI-E slot spacing on this board as well, the EVGA board I have now has the slots right on top of each other.
Cons: I am on my second RMA of this board. The PCI-E slot 1 was bad on both boards. I was really shocked to get a second one with the same issue. The board posts with VGA card in slot 2, but move it to 1... no dice. Hopefully, third time is a charm.
Summary: At this point I've been dealing with the ASUS RMA process for almost a week and I haven't even got past the "Your claim has been entered" phase even having one of the RMA reps tell me "having a second mother board on hand for such situations wouldn't be a bad idea".
Pros: The motherboard has a lot of great features available to it for overclocking. and the BIOS GUI is very user friendly.
Cons: The great features are just that when they work. The AI suit GUI is kind of clunky, but it works for the most part. My big issue that I'm experiencing with this board is more so on the warranty process. That's why I can't rightfully give it 1 egg.
Summary: I understand that hardware fails. I wouldn't have a job if it didn't. What is completely unacceptable is the corporate attitude towards correcting that failure. I purchased this board over 3 months ago, but have only had run for about 5 weeks.
Pros: You can read everything this board has on the specs page. It's all accurate and it's all the pros. This board worked great for the short time that it worked. What stood out to me was the ability to flash the BIOS with nothing but "standby power". That's wonderful. I needed to it when the board 1s...
Cons: I've been trying to go through the RMA process for about 6 weeks now. The advance RMA took over 2 weeks to send me a board that wouldn't post. That was the FAST way where I had to give them credit card info for the expedite fee. The 2nd RMA has been just as tedious. I overnighted the boards back ...
Summary: I am a professional system builder and an avid Asus fan. I use them in all my builds but this is my first build using the i7-4930k. This board does not natively support this cpu with the bios version that it ships with.
Pros: Great looking board and possesses all the plusses of an Asus board
Cons: Does not natively support Haswell 4th gen Intel CPU's.
