Summary: I'm really loving this board so far, works well with my 2nd gen extreme processor chip. FYI not for 3rd gen. Also if you want the 64gb of ram make sure you get the Extreme version of this. I think 32 is fine because 64 is overkill.
Summary: Its availability speaks to its popularity. It's designed for more overclocking than I'll ever do. The bios is very easy to work with, and the online help in the bios is actually helpful, which in my experience is a rare thing. The connector placement is well thought out.
Summary: I just built a gaming PC and I used this mother board. This board is a work of art. It is elegantly designed and by far one of the best boards on the market today. I highly recommend it. Just an FYI, at this point in time it was difficult to find CPU heatsink/coolers for the LGA 2011.
Summary: I bought an Alienware that gave me nothing but trouble from day one. I put this motherboard in not long ago and my troubles went away. Not only that, but my computer is so fast, it smokes. And it plays well with other components in my pc. Those and WIndows 7. ASUS knows what they are doing Period.
