  • Summary: Having spent the past few weeks playing with the Asus Rampage III Black Edition and checking out its various features, I now find myself having to sum it all up in our conclusion. The problem is I cannot decide one way or the other as to whether I like this product or not. So let’s start with what I do like...

ASUS Rampage III Black Edition Motherboard Review

[H] Enthusiast
3 August 2011
  • Summary: The Rampage III Black Edition was everything we’ve come to expect from a quality motherboard and from ASUS’ ROG brand. It’s stability was as good as anything I’ve ever seen and all its features worked flawlessly for me right out of the box. That is with the exception of the ThunderBolt LAN / Audio combo which could have been properly integrated in the ASUS AI Installer.

From a well laid out BIOS to a plethora of BIOS options to make sure users can squeeze out every ounce of speed, this board just bleeds performance and styling. From the matte black finish to the high end components used on the Black Edition, we were thoroughly impressed as to how well thought out the board design was, both from a placement standpoint and from a...

ASUS Rampage III Black Edition X58 Motherboard

Pro-Clockers
22 April 2011
  • Summary: The ASUS Rampage III Black Edition is one of those motherboard that offers all the features that one could want in a motherboard. Which, when we say all, we mean all. So often a motherboard falls into one category or another, making it only ideal for certain tasks. When I first got a hold of the Rampage III Black Edition I thought it was purely for the overclocker looking to establish bragging rights or in search of a new world record. I could not have been more wrong.

ASUS Rampage III Black Edition X58 Motherboard Review

Hi Tech Legion
22 April 2011
  • Summary: The ASUS Rampage III Black Edition X58 was simply the best performing X58 motherboard we have ever come across at HiTechLegion, allowing for our highest Intel 980X overclock yet at 4.4GHz on air. Intel’s LGA2011 might be on the horizon, but the fact of the matter is that LGA1366 still wears the desktop performance crown, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that ASUS and other motherboard manufacturers are still releasing new high end enthusiast products for the X58...

Asus Rampage III Black Edition

awardfabrik.de
27 September 2012
  • Cons: sehr hoher Preis
