Pro-Clockers
28 July 2014
  • Excerpt: The Rampage III Black Edition offers more than what would normally come with a motherboard. Is that alone enough to charge the heavy price tag the motherboard caries?

  • Summary: The Rampage III Black Edition was everything we’ve come to expect from a quality motherboard and from ASUS’ ROG brand. It’s stability was as good as anything I’ve ever seen and all its features worked flawlessly for me right out of the box. That is with the exception of the ThunderBolt LAN / Audio combo which could have been properly integrated in the ASUS AI Installer.

  • Conclusion: The Rampage III Black Edition is proof that ASUS listens to enthusiasts and what they want in their computers. So yeah, with that first paragraph of the conclusion you may have guessed it, we like the ASUS Rampage III Black Edition a lot. The plethora of functions added to this motherboard is nearly silly.
