  • Conclusion: Time – f we only had all the time in the world we could really get into more detail about what was covered and touch on what was not. We did test the networking and some of the other less notable features of this board but there is only so much time in a day to get the work done. So how do we feel about this board? Good, but that is not to say there was not anything really outstanding and those few outstanding things move this board up a notch in our view.

Asus P8Z77-V Pro review

2 June 2012
  • Excerpt: Asus's P8Z77-V Pro is designed to work with Intel's new Ivy Bridge 3rd Generation Core processors. It has an Intel Z77 Express chipset, and is one of the more expensive Ivy Bridge motherboards available with the specification to match. Asus has crammed a great deal onto the board's surface. You get three full-length PCI Express slots, all of which run at the full x16 speed.

  • Excerpt: Of all the Z68 boards that stalked through our labs in the last generation the Asus P8Z68-V Pro was one of our all-time favourites. This Asus P8Z77-V Pro update promises much in the same vein of price/performance metrics and with a serious feature set to boot.

ASUS P8-Z77V Pro Sandy Bridge Review

8 April 2012
  • Excerpt: The lesser of the Intel range has had a somewhat rocky period in its short life. We had the P55 LGA1156 based socket for a very short period of time, and that was quickly replaced by the P67 based LGA1155. That itself came with a few niggles which forced a B3 revision rerelease and within a small time scale we had the Z68 chipset which settled things down to a far more reasonable level.

ASUS P8Z77-V Pro/Thunderbolt (Exklusiv)

22 June 2012
