Dead

Hans, Amazon
8 June 2014
  • Summary: I got this motherboard 1.5 years ago and it was working great until 3 month ago when the system would not start unless i reset the CMOS battery. I've tried 3 other power supply and the problem persisted, so I just left my computer on 24/7 to avoid the problem. However, now the system is completely dead and not even resetting the CMOS battery could fix it.

  • Summary: I have been buying mostly AUSU products lately and all was well until I bought this Mainboard. It has a major design flaw, The board will not power up after being powered down for an extended period of time unless you disconnect the power cord and remove the CMOS battery. I have already RMA'ed the board to ASUS and it looks like they just sent the same board right back without fixing anything.

Going to have to return 2 of 2 boards...

bmw5002 "bmw5002", Amazon
6 February 2013
  • Summary: These boards seem to have an issue with the onboard Intel HD4000 graphics. It refuses to work with two monitors, one vga and one DVI-D. The monitors mirror each other until the windows login screen, when the DVI one shuts off and the vga only stays on. Windows does not detect the DVI monitor at all. I have this same issue with both boards I bought, in two PCs. Using windows 7 pro 64-bit. Updated all drivers, including bios.
