ThinkComputers
18 May 2011
  • Summary: Final Thoughts Being one of the first workstation motherboards I have looked at in a while I am very impressed with what ASUS has done with the P8P67 WS Revolution.  You can see so many of the features that are geared towards workstation users.  The ability to run quad video card setups, the internal USB ports on the board, and the server-class components really make this the ideal workstation board and I can see why ASUS board are so popular with the workstation crowd.
  • Pros: Serverclass components, NF200 chip, Great overclocking, EFI BIOS, Ai Suite II, SATA 6GB/s and USB 3.0
  • Cons: None that I found

  • Excerpt: At CES this year we had the chance to talk to ASUS about some of their visions for the coming year as well as specifically about the P67 and Sandy Bridge. We were not surprised to hear that ASUS was thinking a little ahead of what we had heard from the other guys in terms of positioning their products.

5 January 2011
  • Summary: My experiences with the P8P67 WS Revolution were generally good. I did have an issue with the board failing to post every time I altered the drive configuration. Mainly when I moved drives to a different controller, etc. I did this all with the system powered down, however at the suggestion of ASUS, I enabled the hot plugging feature in the BIOS and that resolved the issue. I’m uncertain as to why as that doesn’t make a lot of sense.

  • Conclusion: Asus P8P67 WS Revolution to przeznaczona główne do stacji roboczych płyta z podstawką LGA1155 i chipsetem Intel P67.
