Summary: First board wouldn't POST. Waiting on a replacement. Amazon customer service is A+ as usual. Had a new board on its way within 15 minutes of my replacement request. Update: Got the new board, popped it in and everything booted up first run. One complaint is it double boots occasionally. There are some solutions online but why should I have to mess around with BIOS to get my board to function as all the other boards do without any tweaks?
Summary: Wow what a sweet motherboard, easy install, no problems. A breeze to overclock. This is the rev 3.0 stepped board so they are in high demand and hard to find. No con's yet, but have only had this in for a day and have not played with all the settings yet. Update: Took away 2 stars. So, it seems that there may be a problem with some of these boards and memory. I am using the QVL memory. I can not get the board to run in dual channel.
