Summary: I purchased this motherboard to compliment an I7-870k processor, around a year ago. The board is very reasonably priced, and comes from one of the most trustworthy oem manufacturers available, ASUS. The mobo, while a bit dated, brings a slew of exceptional features to the table above and beyond what one could expect for $100.
Summary: Great mobo for good price. Still working on my rig which is on 24/7 for several years now. Quite a heavy rig! 2SSDs 5 HDDs in RAID, powerfull overclocked evga graphics card 660GTX, creative Xfi extreme music. Handles all this without a hiccup.
You will not be disappointed if you buy this board!

Summary: I am a Gigabyte mobo freak. My original mobo was a Gigabyte P55A-ud3. It died and was replaced under warranty. I was not satisfied with the replacement board because it ran so slow and I could not OC my I7 870. I won the ASUS P7P55D on ebay "NEW". Although, I thought the board is a bit narrow and the layout is a little tight and it had only 2 PCI_e slots. It does have 6 xSata 3.0 Gb/s ports. This board is F-a-s-T!
Summary: My Son and I built a nice gaming computer, for his Christmas gift, based on Tom's Hardware's best under $1500 gamer machines. Bought all parts from Amazon. Had a problem with a couple of parts, but Amazon simply overnighted the parts and sent us RMA authorization to return the defective parts. No problems. System was everything advertized, and si still running strong 2 years later. Motherboard or Processor was DOA, Amazon had us send both back, and replaced.
Summary: This board was extremely easy to setup. Documentation was will laid-out and easily read. I installed a Core i3 CPU, 512MB video board, 4 GB DDR3. Fired up first time and ran noticeably faster than my old dual core.
Summary: Excellent motherboard!!!! It has many features that make this motherboard awesome. It has ports for every device that you need to connect. Also, the audio is excellent, I have mine connected to a 5.1 sony receiver and sounds incredible. I recommend this motherboard.
Summary: I replaced a defective MSI board with this, and it's been working perfectly. Windows 7 detected everything, I didn't need to bother updating firmware/bios. I haven't bothered overclocking with it yet, since I'm still using a stock cooler. Only complaint is that the right angle connectors on the board can be difficult to use if you don't have a lot of space on that side of your case. It's more of an issue with the case I have then the board though.
Summary: Excellent Asus Motherboard with all the right combinations of features and specs to build a great PC. This build went together in two days with Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit operating software and started up perfectly. The CPU Processor was an Intel Core i5750 at 2.66 GHZ, with 2 each 4GB Dual Channel Corsair DDR3 Memory and a Corsair CMPSU-650TX 650 Watt Power Supply.
