Summary: I'm a computer tech. I deal with lots of computer companies. Asus has by far THE WORST customer service of any company I've ever dealt with! I'm in the process of trying to get a part replaced with the company. Asus refuses to do a cross-ship. If you use the Livesupport on the net don't expect much. Every time I've used it it takes forever to complete a case. I'm guessing you get multi-tasked with many other customers who are all waiting for answers for a tech.
